As one-year anniversary of the iconic Hanoian bakery, BAKED and Friends, approached, designing a cohesive digital experience that matched and extended the in-store experience was required. Topics ranging from identity to operations were worked on with the founder, Sheereen Amran, to ensure that a solid digital footing was established for the company as they embarked on their next journey to becoming a modern e-commerce business.
